Load the video after a while since this is a common error message on highly popular websites such as YouTube when a huge increase in traffic overwhelms the servers.
The problem is that youtube-dl.exe now fails to update. I suspect, that the embedded Python version needs to be updated. (I have seen similair issues here, but they were referring to other OSes, not Windows which is different in this case. For Windows Python is embedded into exe file and cannot be updated by end user), youtube-dl.exe errors are related to problems during runtime of HD Youtube Downloader Free (Executable Application).
